shopandship and dhl stuff are going through normally, they are just ignoring aliexpress stfuff
Its more like dhl and aramex go after their stuff, while aliexpress stuff (normal airmail) is handled by customs eithout any broker etc. So it takes time (no one going after these packages).
+ They get $$ with private couriers like dhl, while 90% of aliexpress stuff pass free.
Though this game they are playing of postponing AE shipments is not at theur advantage, because the more they postpone the more they will have accumulated shipments. In a normal day they would have 150 packages to check, now with 2 months accumulation, they will have to check 1500 per day

I shipped a laptop stand from Amazon USA to test them as I am looking to buy more items.

It departed Dubai to Lebanon. Very very fast.

I will keep you updated once I receive my shipment.

watch out, last time they tried to trick me to pay at 8500 rate. The postman was either tricking me or too naive, i doubt the latter.

I know. Last time I shipped an item with Aramex "Not S&S" to my friend's work office in summer. The postman asked for 30000 LPB and my friend paid without asking for an invoice. He told him "هي للجمارك".

I called them and I asked them for the invoice so they sent it to my email.

My shipment arrived in Beirut and from what I saw on S&S website, the charges are cheaper than what I expected. Will post everything once I receive the shipment.
I used S&S two weeks ago and i paid at a rate of 1500LBP. The shipping and handling charges were $20 and the delivery man insisted that i had to pay 30kLBP not more, for some reason they took the delivery charges at 1500 rate also Customs were at 1500 it is werid.

the final charge will be in usd on 1500, but if you look at the customs invoice there's an added charge for inflation rate which will add the remaining charges so the shipping ends up on 3900LL.

Personally I have zero problems with them.

I don't know why lately they don't give an invoice when delivering but I always get the invoice by email.

Yeah of course. I didnt get an invoice when they delivered, it was sent by email.

Here is my experience with Shop&Ship. Very satisfied.

- I ordered a laptop stand from Amazon USA on 11-2-2021.
- Delivered to my Shop&Ship USA address on 13-2-2021.
- Shipment registered on 15-2-2021 and shipped to Lebanon.
- Shipment delivered to my house on 18-2-2021 morning.

Shipment history:

- The cost of the shipment is 29$.
- Shipping fees is 28.70$
- The total cost of the (shipping fees, customs, handling, and VAT) is 136867.65 LBP. (I paid 140000)

The shipping cost will be divided into two invoices. The shipping invoice will be paid based on 1500 while the difference will be added to the duties and handling invoice under inflation charge
The rate converter in terms of shipping is 3900 LBP.

They will not give you a paper invoice. They wrote the amount on the box.


And finally, they will send an email for the payment confirmation with a link to check it.

I noticed this today in my email when Shop&Ship activated my account.

These are their fees for now considering the 1$ = 3900LBP

I got another shipment with Shop&Ship. It took one week to arrive.

I ordered a Monitor Arm from Amazon

This time there was no tracking in the USA so I thought it was lost. After that, the shipment history got updated when it arrived in the UAE.

I paid 250000 LBP for the (shipping fees, customs, handling, and VAT) which is very good since the weight of the shipment is 7.13 pounds (3.23 Kg).

The cost of the shipment is 25$ but the customs valued it 150000 LBP and took 36000 LBP (24%). I think because the box was big and heavy.
