I am experiencing lot of downs from Cyberia on ADSL since yesterday, internet can be down for 20sec every 5 mins!
Called Cyberia, as usual it's not their fault but Ogero central.
I have actually 45kb/s download instead of...450kb/s!!!!!
WTF?
Also high ping, not sure why.

Google's telling me there has been suspicious activity on my IP? Even though I'm only using my phone to search while my PCs are off. Hoarding traffic much Cyberia?
Turned out someone was hacking my repeater (menu), silly me I forgot to change the factory password, since I changed all the Wifi and routers passwords the speed and stability came back to normal, now which neighbor was pirating my line?

How can I know when the 5.5GB Cyberia already counted for this month?
All I know is that I didn't download more than 500mb worth downloads before 11pm, the only time I am downloading something big it's after 11PM, so I am afraid Cyberia is counting the downloads after 11pm.

They don't let us see the detailed info so I always suspect they are stealing quota
They always steal quota, been with them for more than 2 years now. I once went out for a whole month, and then as soon as I came back (I had my router turned off the whole time except the first day), I have noticed that half my monthly quota was gone, obviously something wrong.

And their support is always like "you have wasted it in a way".
I called the support and asked him at what time the 5GB were downloaded, he told me it was during day ''so logically before 11pm'', when I asked him the exact hour he said he can't know (while they used to send me a detailed download list 3 year ago...)
This kind of companies need a Bou Faour to expose them

Went to Cyberia's headquarters to switch to a 4M plan, they told me they are changing lines etc, so some of you might experience random disconnections.
What do you mean by 'changing lines' ? Are they actually replacing the physical phone lines connecting users to central offices ?

Didn't understand her by what she said, but it was along the lines of "There has been heavy work in Cyberia lately concerning phone lines, I would suggest you wait 2 days to see if you'd be able to upgrade to 6M instead of your 4M limit."

Since last year internet Upgrade from 1Mbps to 2Mbps and lower the prices
Cyberia didn't upgrade the bandwith ; this company still provide me 1Mbps while my Account is 2Mbps and I'm trapped
