You should thanks the minister for the new law, phones are +200$ more expensive and iphones because not official in Lebanon(apple fault) is 100% black market with illogical prices.
S4 and One would have been sold 400 to 450$ now instead of 680 to 720$

Looks like they are playing it like iphone's annual price.
Let's hope new comers like Z1,G2 and Note 3 will not be too expensive

They threw away BB and Nokia perhaps because nobody want to buy them anymore,so now they have to focus on HTC and Apple.
No news about the LG G2 and Note 3?
Z1 is way too expensive for a Sony,it will surely drop to 650$ in no time

What s wrong with sony ? I own an xperia z ( cost me 510 bucks)  and this phone is truly awesome: full hd screen and 13 megapixel camera ( 20 for the z1)  . Apart from the battery issue I found it far superior to the iphone 4 which was screwed by a single drop of water.  now I can use it under the rain or while showering ;p without having to worry about damaging it.

As for the z1 it s not worth 300 bucks more tham the z.
