SyncToy 2.1 : This app keeps folders synchronized between 2 PC's without the need of an internet connection.For example I can keep my huge music library up-to-date between my netbook and my PC. If I add new songs on my netbook , those songs will be added on my PC aswell without me manually copying them. This tool can work with any folder. It can be pictures, documents, anything.

Offliberty lets you access any online content without a permanent Internet connection. Today many websites offer nice content but most are difficult to browse offline. If you have limited access to the Internet you can use Offliberty to browse any content later - being offline.
I mostly use it for youtube videos when IDM doesn't recognize the video
