I'm trying to download a file using torrents (BitComet), but it says that the port is blocked. I forwarded the port of it (14933) from the router settings, UPNP is enabled, and turned all firewalls off, where is the problem?
You need real ip to download torrents or you cant. But recently i think you should be able to download it without real ip but the speed will never get above 30kbps

Something is weird by the way. single thread downloads are 4 kilobytes to 12kilobytes.
Using a multithread download accelerator, it goes up to 1Mbit.
Is Ogero still not providing ISPs the bandwidth upgrade?
different files ?
nah. same file and same link but segmented downloading.
if a file is 100,300 bytes, download it in segments.
first part is 0 to 20060...last part is 80241 to 100300.
All the segments are downloaded concurrently and then combined at the end.
That's what download accelerators do.
yeah i know about that, seems like a weird issue.
edit: i dont have this problem, in the day down speed is 150-240KB/s it goes to 800-900 for a sec then goes down again. at night it is not as good.

you are probably on a higher plan. how much do you pay per month?
50000lbp reseller.
50000lbp here too + 10 dollar for real IP. Then it must be some issue with real IP
I'm testing my ping via cmd to www.vodafone.de and other websites, it shows 70ms
in pingtest .net it shows 1000's
What could be the reason?
Edit:
here is my trace route
and still in apps and in games 800-1000ms

Anyone having an issue with speed?
at 8AM, I have a full 1Mbit.
at noon, it is down to 5 to 8 kilobytes per second.
my ping to 2.2.2.10 is 5 to 12 ms so this is not a link issue.
This is around dial up speed. Even pressing 'edit' on this post took over a minute.
This is well below the 256k I subscribed for years ago.
Then in the afternoon, anything above 1MByte downloads at only 2 to 4 kilobytes per second.
NC, please take a look. I posted about this weeks ago but nothing was done.
Again, not a link issue. my ping to visp is excellent:
PING 172.16.41.1 (172.16.41.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 172.16.41.1: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=7.50 ms
64 bytes from 172.16.41.1: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=8.7 ms
64 bytes from 172.16.41.1: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=7.6 ms
64 bytes from 172.16.41.1: icmp_seq=4 ttl=64 time=9.6 ms
64 bytes from 172.16.41.1: icmp_seq=5 ttl=64 time=5.52 ms
And this means no online gaming because the traffic jumps during fights from 300 bytes per second to 5kilobytes per second which maxes out my connection and makes my latency very high.

Apart from being a bandwidth issue theres a latency issue too. These days Real Ip or not, online ping could reach thousands it doesnt look like a Local issue from resellers because the links are fine.
i will check real ips today (including capacity issues)
ok, thank you NC <3
I still miss those days when ping was stable 70 all day long and download could reach 1MB at nights :(
btw NC with real ip the ping goes down to 80ms every night at 4 am and goes back to 150 exactly at 10am every day.

Hardware issue for real ips (down), will fix it within 1-2 hours max.
