How Should I Configure Zonealarm In A Way That mIRC connects?
P.S:When Connecting It Displays The Following Message "Blocked By Zone Labs Security'.

When you open mIRC, a popup window from Zone Alarm asks you if you want to let this program connect to the net... Just click on "Yes"...
P.S: Never use something you won't be able to configure

A firewall w/out a good config kills your connection.

Found It ,There's An Option That Enables Or Disables IRC.
