Torrent speed is very slow tonight!
Only 150kb/s instead of 420kb/s

For 4mb/s it should be 512KB/s not 420 :)

Yeah but rarely anyone gets the full speed. My 2 Mbit/s connection hits a top speed of 220KB/s.

Cyberia ADSL in Achrafieh is shitty since yesterday 6pm, speed is slow and tons of drops, dunno if it's cyberia or the Sassine central that is rotten

Yes for sure. Only Ogero doesn't apply any FUP on unlimited plans...

that used to happen to me sometimes, and the support never knew what was the problem, it was always resolved by itself

I tried yesterday night, after 2 hours it was only at 300mb, so it needs 10x more meaning 20 hours!
No wonders why Lebanon is not a good place for business and even simple coding work...
When the US rom partner knew how slow was the upload he went crazy

And that's the time u start using it .. that's sux man even DSL plans are expensive and limited traffic u can't have the exactly speed of the plan ..
i mean if your subscription 2mb your internet speed should be 256 KB/sec but it's under that speed :(

No ISP in Lebanon gives you a constant 256KB/s in a 2M package for less than 200$ a month...

Slow ADSL today with Cyberia with tons of dead drops periods!
Torrents are half the speed at night after 11pm and I am using the unlimited night plan

if you are thinking of switching from IDM to Cyberia, I suggest not. they are the same company now, they merged more than a year ago.
If you are looking for the "best" service provider i suggest Ogero.

Now that I see how dirty and corrupted is the Ogero big boss, I prefer to stay with Cyberia any day.
