Guys, i've got a new DSL ogero connection, my package is 2 Mbps Unlimited, but sadly, they gave me only 1 Mbps as download speed (download attenuation is 16 db only), and ping to beirut is 40 ms, knowing that the ping at my friend's home to beirut is only 13 ms (Ogero also).
my IP range: 178.x.x.x , my friend's IP range: 94.x.x.x

any comment or any experience with this issue ?

Since they upgraded the net from 4GB to 40GB (years ago) my speed is still 1 Mbps,called them 1 million times and went to ogero center in tyre, they did nothing (literally nothing) as if 200KB/s is that fast too(lol) i hate lebanese internet, so f***d up, and with 40GB limited, woww great life

Yeah--I saw Ogero working there as well.  Still at 1 meg though, but at least seeing hope that it may get better.

They did a maintenance apparently. Internet was down around 40 minutes.

So I was checking if my previous bill was paid, I'm on 2mbit unlimited but I decided to see the quota page (just curious how much I used this month) and I found the changed something

I wonder what this is supposed to mean, the text used to say "The maximum DSL Usage that you are subscribed for is Unlimited", difference now is they replaced "unlimited" with "10000". I wonder if it's just a bug that caused it or is there something in the works.

1Mbit - 316Gb/month max, so on 2 you can't break 10TB limit.

all they have to do is offer higher speeds and better quota and that would be a good start.

It's on my account too, but if you look at the prior page it does say "Free usage volume : Unlimited GB"--really weird on the graphic part.

Normal here too.. except for 10->20% packet loss on Dota2.

If iam not mistaken, all packages have same upload speeds (below 1 mbps).
My plan: 6-8 mbps, i have upload speed max 0.5 mbps.
