i am with ogero, shouldn't it say LibanTelecom?

I guess it's because OOKLA hasn't yet updated their database; maybe the public IP you're using now was bought recently by Ogero after it was being used by that ISP you're seeing.

Thanks to hbkazzi, my pings are now 60-70ms to my favorite servers on BF4.
I did what you did, emailed to those 2 addresses that i want to turn off interleaving, for better latencies in online gaming.
And they did, replied with this message,as i remember it took 1-2 days:
Dear Mr. Avo,
We would like to inform you that, we checked the line status and we found
that everything is working properly, but for your question about
interleaving, we changed it, as you requested, so please check it, and let
me know your feedback.

that is the same email guy I sent to when i wanted to know my router password and he sent it to me.
I am gonna try now and send 2 emails to those 2 addresses to turn off interleaving.

Nrifai always replies, I got several username and password requests for me and my friends and 2 ppoe usernames and passwords to fix some broken modems when it's impossible to retrieve the configuration manually. Really helpful and friendly man and replies within 24 hours max.

Just did this change to 2 more ADSL accounts I have, he did for both in less than 24 hours

Got an E-mail from helpdesk@ogero.gov.lb this morning with the word "Done"

Nice bbc.co.uk ping is now 72ms

I envy the people who get their interleaving turned off, my line attenuation is 44DB which means turning off interleaving is not an option for me, seems like I'm gonna have to wait for the magical Fttx promises to appear before I can get a better ping :(

Wow! I'm so happy and proud. Happy because there are people in Ogero who actually do work and provide service. And proud of that man who is providing an amazing customer service. I hope he gets the proper attention from his boss to get a raise that he surely deserves.
