I've been getting random router restarts and instability since the begining of this month(after I got upgraded to 2mbps or it might just be a coincidence) is anyone else experiencing stability problems?

What exactly do you mean by line stats ? My connection is 2 mb/40 gb limit if this can help you
go to 192.168.1.254 and type user and user if you have Thomson router
then go to broadband connection then in the dsl connection click on view more then details then copy all page here
My internet became stable but the speedtests now show I have a stable 1.3 mbps(actually the task manager 1.3% of 100mbps straight line, I am definetly on 1.3mbps). When I did the above steps to check my dsl info in my router, indeed I noticed it says 1.4 mbps down and 508 up. Looks like I was downgraded because my line was unstable (I'm impressed they cared enough to follow up)
I used to have a stable functioning 2mbps with sodetel 3 years ago, instead of improving we went back! It's fine I guess, it's stable and steady 1.3, it beats the 0.9 I had before I requested the upgrade.

you are far from the CO (attenuation 44.5) and your SN margin is bad (8) it should be above 10 for a stable connection. Thus, your line can't handle the speed, if you want it to be stable you should go back to 1 mb

How can i make my line handle the 2 mb speed stably without going down to 1mb to make it stable ?

Well, you can check for what is causing noise in your house, like other phones connected to the same wall plug as the dsl modem, or change the filter.
try disconnecting every other phone and plug the modem in without the filter and post your stats

It is actually plugged in directly into the wall without a filter, no other phone is connected to the same plug, all other phones are connected to other plugs
I'll try disconnecting all the phones and post my stats anyway, hope it'll get better
okay so i unplugged all other phone and restarted my router. here are the stats :

Yeah but not noticeable
Can i do anything to ameliorate the situation?
that's not supposed to happen... anw even if the phones are connected to other wall plugs It's better to have a filter for the dsl modem but your bad stats are due to being far from the central office in your area so unless you buy a new house they won't get better
i went to ogero today to subscribe, they told me that the 6mbps and 8mbps plan are not available (this is the Chiah CO) did anyone else experience this?
guys how can i test my land-line to check latency and supported speed before subscribing to ogero ?, im using cable and im afraid if i switch to ogero , ill get worse ping ....and does wires quality affect speed/latency ? (i live in 1996 building) ty

What is your ping with the cable guy ?
fluctuates between 70 and 100 to europe servers, but the problem is the repeated outage..
Getting an error while trying to access any website. Currently using a VPN to upload this.
Error: http://postimg.org/image/klt2xzbcd/
So now Ogero is not allowing us to go through public IPs?! WTF, I can't connect to my VPN server nor my DVR!
maybe they will offer that as a service
Guys, yesterday Ogero installed my modem and connection is good i guess (and ping is fine too), but i have few questions
1) they didn't give me the modem's admin password (not the LNumber's password)... the config password, (it's not a technicolor, it's a ZTE, and i gave them this modem to configure), can i ask them the password? or there is a template for passwords that they use?
2) how can i check my quota.
Thank you.
EDIT: Point 1 is resolved, i called them on 1515, and he gave me the admin password.
