Dear Sirs,

As you may know, a big majority of Lebanese online gamers opted for the Ogero connection for its reliability and speed (relative to the internet services offered in Lebanon) at all times during night and day.

But we are having a big problem related to the Ping. The usual Ping for a 512kb and even a 1mb connection is in the range of 205ms and above.

This is an extremely high Ping, that makes online games unplayable.

Many of your clients including myself are suffering from this issue.

I am writing this e-mail with the hope of an answer or explanation i can provide to Online Gamers.

I was inquiring about the frequency of phone calls the Ogero support usually receive concerning complaints about the ping or from users trying to game online, and found that their answer was A LOT.

Please understand that this is a win-win situation for all of us.

The amount of energy and time used to configure our routers for optimum speed, the amount of phone calls made to Ogero support, the frustration of always lagging and falling behind could be lowered tremendously if you just agreed to lower the Ping.

At the same time, it will solve the problem of having Ogero team always overwhelmed. The latter causing the team to have no time to tackle issues of users who have more serious technical problems.

For playing online game, the Standard ping should be less than 30ms. Overhere, (in Lebanon) we get 205ms! Since a stable Ping of less than 80 ms is still acceptable, I hereby ask you kindly to (and on behalf of several other Lebanese online gamers) provide us with a maximum of 80 ms as this is the only way to play online!
