Bunch of stuff for me isnt working as of 3-4 hours ago.
- I cannot use a VPN (have Nord)
- I cannot use any DNS on my ethernet adapter
- I cannot play any Steam Game online (Dota) as it doesnt connect to their servers
- I cannot play EA games (Battlefield)
- I cannot use Discord Voice
- I can browse, watch youtube etc. Dunno whats happening.
- I can play WoW weirdly enough.
I messaged them on Twitter yesterday and explained the problem. I think they fixed it today around 30 min ago.Tech Guru wrote
Have you tried calling 1515, any response from them please. This has been persisting with me since Wednesday noon. I tried a local DNS cache reset , Google DNS , Cloudfare DNS.. Nothing is working. Ogero was very stable with me for the last couple of years. Most probably a service deterioration from their side as repercussions from strikes, salaries , economic crises etc..dio wrote
Same here. Also some websites like twitch take forever to load and basically either load halfway or dont load at all. Let's make some noise on this on Twitter, maybe they can help.Tech Guru wroteSame here, a lot of resets on many websites. I am Ogero too. Maybe a firewall from there side blocking some IPs here and there. I will contact 1515 tomorrow. It's very annoying as I work totally remote from home too.

I cannot connect to certain games like I used to be able to. World of Warcraft will not log in unless I use a VPN. Same thing for Last Epoch, I cannot run them without a VPN. I told Ogero about this, they said they will investigate. Good to know its not just me.HzSamer wroteAnyone is noticing speed/delay problems on Fiber? Both download and browsing.
It started yesterday and some websites isn't opening without a VPN.- Same story as 2 weeks ago, getting packet loss and latency in games. The fuck is going on.
I dont think it's their fault to be honest. It seems to be an outside issue that's affecting latency/packet loss.DNA wroteCan confirm amd hate to say it for the first time in years Ogero's service is shit. Dsl, LTe and fiber all are shit and they havent acknowleged anything is wrong...- Exact same for me. It starts around 7-8 PM. Spoke to Ogero, they asked me to run some tests, they said "and the latency issue is due to high latency outside Lebanon, and it is being escalated with the international peer"
HzSamer wroteThis is now, browsing sometimes very slow, and suddenly go back to normal speed. Also, download speed ranging from 40KB/s then go back to 35MB/s.
Today morning/afternoon the situation was way better.

It was fine most of the day. But got really bad around 10 pm. ~405 ms on discord and super lag spikes in games. I hope theyre aware of this.
Edit: it just fixed itself around 11 pm. Everything went back to normal,. i dont know why or how, or for how long.- My ping is stable for the past few hours in games at least. On discord its really bad, ~200 ms in voice, lagging voice comms etc. Cant seem to load 1080p vids either on twitch/youtube.
- Here is the current ping to google.com via CMD.

I have contacted ogero about their dns issue but still no reply from them. Online gaming is impossible with this issue striking every minute
I already use Google DNS. Still quite annoying with the constant packet loss. Gaming is stable for a while, then it just starts spiking. I dunno whats going on. - Is it just me or has the Fiber in the Hamra area been iffy the past day or two? Lots of Packet Loss, few disconnects.
I have Fiber, and so far the connection disappears early morning till about 7 pm. I dont understand if theyre trying to make a point. Is there power to the Centrale or not? Are they rationing the fuel at night? We have no clarity on what's going on. I feel bad for Ogero employees but there are thousands of people that rely on the connection for work (like me) and I'm forced to use 4G data and spend even more on a connection to get my work done. It's a shit situation for sure. Hope things get better soon.sayedti wrotewell i contacted support more than a 1000 time and they checked my cables for like 100 time.
during they day internet connection is down , after 5pm-6pm it goes back again till 7 am in the morning.
all my neighbors that have ogero dsl subscription have normal connection 24/7 .- It's back for me. Not sure how or why.
Yeah, im on Fiber and Ive had no connection since the early morning. My LOS is red.trent wrote
Hamra, no fiber no landline since around 2am. Fiber is completely down, no signal. I guess DSL is down as well since landlines aren't working.dio wroteAnyone in Hamra experiencing outtage?- Anyone in Hamra experiencing outtage?
- Hello guys, was wondering if anyone could help with this.
I have Fiber from Ogero and it's been just great, but recently I noticed that im getting a bit of packet loss only when i play Valorant. The ping is stable at around 50ms, but packet loss jumps from 1%-15% for a while, then goes down to 0%, then back up.
It only happens in Valorant, no other game or tracert shows that I get any packet loss.
Wierd thing, when i restart my modem, it gives me 0% packet loss for like 15-20 min, then it comes back.
Anyone have any idea what could be cuasing it? Thanks!
In my case, this has nothing to do with throttling, it's the packet loss and micro-disconnects. One min it's connected at 1.04 mb/s, the next at 15 mb/s.HzSamer wroteOgero offers great internet. They never did throttling at peak times. I am using the internet all day and play even in peak hours. The ping and the speed are stable.
I have some friends who were complaining about their speed. The problem was when you exceed your plan, Ogero reduces your speed so you will not consume too many GBs to avoid having a high bill. You need to call them and tell them to remove this setting for you to be able to have the full speed anytime you want.
Red light on my router, then all of a sudden the next day, it works like a charm for about 12-15 hours. I already reported a fault, and they marked it as solved, but...it wasnt solved. LULW
