a-l this speed test shows that you are not in Lebanon . It says that you are in Great Britain and your ISP is " beyond the network america" so how it is your regular ogero line ?

There are plans to upgrade further soon.

I'm also an Ogero user and I get this sometimes, my theory to this is that maybe they don't have anymore Lebanese IPs available so they assign us with cheap British/American Ones. usually if you want this to be fixed just restart the router/modem and you should normally get an Lebanese IP again.
nuclearcat Raficoo, A.L. - none of that. IMHO they got this IP's from upstream provider and just lazy to change whois records.
GreenM I used to be with Fastnet in 2006-2008 before ADSL reached my town. the connection was down like 20% of the time.
vengeance666 ZeRaW wroteFastnet has always been one of the weirdest ISPs http://www.speedtest.net/iphone/143597572.png again...iphone = ping bugged
Ghaleb Today I logged in to my Linksys and saw this: I have a Downstream Rate of 4399 Kbps and an Upstream Rate of 1098 Kbps, however I am getting the same old result when I test it on SpeedTest. I have 512 Kb/s IDM package with double speed and Unlimited Night Traffic.
Mhmd where do you live ghaleb ?? you're the second IDM subscriber having such changes, I've just seen some one having downstream of 8Mbps and upstream of 1.3 Mbps and he's also 512 kbps (Achrafieh)
kareem_nasser On my SpeedTouch 546, the results are the same as Ghaleb's and my ISP is IDM with 512k plan: DSL Connection Link Information Uptime: 0 days, 10:48:55 DSL Type: G.992.5 annex A Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 942 / 4.398
kareem_nasser i think this means that even when we receive the 2 Mbps upgrades, the double speed nights will remain. Because before, the same page used to display 1.024 download speed.
The-MMMs IT HAS BEGUN ! - Still same old 256kb/s with Ogero though - that being said whilst checking my modem status im ALWAYS getting the full 256 download stream - as apposed to the 222 or 220 i was getting from before. Seems all private ISP have already started or at least testing something @StunMan: 2GB taking only 50 minutes - i are Jelly. Also as for the previous posts im quite satisfied - you are attaining the FULL 4mb/s (and more) download stream - i was worried it would be utmost 3.5 but whatever it is it seems to be theoretically quite stable.
Raficoo @ali_m3 As I know, Ogero isn't flexible as ISPs, If there is to be any change in the plans(speeds/prices/quotas) they ALWAYS change/show it every 1st of the month.. so this is why we(I'm also an Ogero user.. since 2007) haven't seen any increase yet... so yea, if all goes well, September 30 11:59PM will be a magical moment :P

4peterkh4 It was 128 kbps and now it became 1 Mbps :)) (although it shows 2 Mbps on speedtest) I downloaded 2 songs and 1 program to test, the download speeds were between 80 and 150 kBps
