If technician ruling ministry, it is much worse. Especially economically.
I'm not talking in a political way, but consider this:
The last 3 ministers, Bassil, Nahhas and Sahnawi are carefully selected.
Bassil drew the line of how the ministry should perform in the next 10 years, he fixed (or at least stood against) major corruptions in the ministry and prepared the sector for a major rehabilitation...
Nahhas (was a technical guy) was selected to actually
rebuild the infrastructure of this sector (and he successfully did).
Sahnawi (a business guy with VERY VERY good relationships) is selected to bring
investments to this sector. Everything technical is almost ready and few consultants are more than enough. Money and Investors is all we need now.
Again, don't turn it into a political discussion. Think of it the way i see it.
