i don't if you can recharge plan in the 5 days you should call 111 they could help you .

i just visited several shops and some said that " el ossa kella labke w dno what" w they told me that you cannot change your plan again in mtc once you change but in alfa you can. they also told me that credits DO NOT accumulate each month!

Ok all phone shops afford you the option to recharge only days or only $ or specific plans made by them so they recharge one card to more than one user.
so if everybody switched to the new plans they will be unable to sell dollars and days apart so they will try to stick you with the old prepaid because it's "arba7lon".
i can even bet that some shops will never bring the new recharge cards.

i am posting this again because it's the right place to post it again.

just switched to Alfa Wafer i bought the $9.09 card for 16000 L.L which is the best price i founded after visiting lots of shops and i like it :P

HELP!!! i am subscribed to Alfa Waffer my line was valid till 24/7/2011 so i recharged 4 days ago at 20/7/2011 my credits did not update, i called Alfa they told that i have to wait till 24/7/2011 at 11:30 PM and my balance will be updated so here we are it's 11:40 and the days updated i have now till 23/8/2011 but i didn't have any $$ they have just updated the days but not the dollars, does anyone faced the same problem ?

Why don't they replace WAP with GPRS for a price of let say 8$ per month, now that 3G is coming for normal lines?
We are the last country to still use dial up and wap connections!

I am having the exactly the same problem , could you please tell me what have you done? I called Alfa Support 3 times and the problem is still there !

i have done nothing,i called alfa just after the post @ 11:45 and they taked my number and they told me wait they will be available in less than 24 hours, and at 12:30 i checked my balance and it was updated.

Well my line was valid until yesterday and I recharged it before 11:30 PM, I called them yesterday and I called them again today asking about my $$ and why I am not able to call anyone, and I am still having problems

that's weird, i mean come on Alfa it's just a recharge no one should have a problem with it. but please can you keep us posted, i want to see where is this going.

I am still waiting for them to call me, each time I call them they say that your line in under investigation ("Mouraja'a") and that they will get back to me soon, it's been 2 days and i am still waiting and the most irritating is that I can't use the line
