The Samoled+ screen is a huge battery eater, if I don't play game or chat battery can last 2 good days, but if I play 30 mins battery will loose easily 20 to 30%!!!
So I bought a 3DS :)
Btw I am using SetCPU and use a temperature profile to decrease CPU speed in case the temp is above lets say 40c, it's extremely usefull for SGS2

For people who bought Sensation:
-can you use it under Lebanese sun? Like playing games at beach for exemple
-How is GPS connection?
I love my SGS2 but its too slow to get GPS triangulation and it's not ergonomic at all (harsh feeling in hand and when in-call)

the sensation can get quick gps fix, i tried it out in the open and it took less then 10 sec to get a fix.
- you still can use the phone in the sun. its not as bad as you might think but still the sensation is not the best phone to be used in the sun.
you also need to know that the galaxy S II is faster then the sensation, my dad bought the galaxy s II and its really fast and no lag. LED flash is brighter on the GSG II and the screen looks really good with amazing viewing angels and black levels something the sensation is not that good at.

No Nexus S was a total failure for Google while N1 was a huge success, this time they will come back to HTC!
I tried CM7 on sgs2 yesterday, I though it will boost the wap connection browsing but instead I am back to ''ACCESS DENIED'' message as when wap was not compatible with Android, unless Alfa decided to take back Android from wap...
EDIT: My bad, Alfa was renewing my wap that's why I couldn't use it, but now I am going to try MIUI Rom

WAP is again giving Access Denied!
So it wasn't the renewal of service, Alfa is shutting down WAP for Android!

I called them but as usual the operator is not a tech stuff (lol country) and I asked if this problem is occuring because I have Android, she said no.
Perhaps they didn't have the time to tell everyone that they throw us out

WAP, I though in the beginning it was because MIUI rom is not recognised by Alfa but I reverted back to stock samsung rom where it used to work and I got the same problem

hey i have a nexus s :p and it's very good never seen any lag, the curved glass is just awesome, and alwayas up to date (i got android 2.3.4 from OTA update),touch screen very responsive,and i have never had any problem with any market app. well it's not the greatest in the market but it's pretty good.

vegetaleb, try calling them again, but this time insist that it's their fault, tell the operator to unsubscribe you and resubscribe you, so all the IPs could refresh.
