xterm wroteBassam is very helpful. The reason why you see that you need to figure out these tricks as opposed to him giving them to you straight up, is because he's the only real HDSL support. He's overloaded most of the time, and unlike the rest he doesn't deal with you as if you know nothing, he does expect that you know the basics before he talks to you, which I find very important.
I've said it constantly. Sadly Ogero is the only goto option for Internet Speed, stability and latency, the rest are just pure crap.
Bassam is an Amazing person, but he is over booked :) poor him, imagine big company have only 1 person.
Guys in 10 years its my second time i come To lebanon each time i see it going backward and worse beside the huge construction revolution.
the best part is you Lebanese see the government and the monopoly eating you and prohibiting you and the young people , all what you say this is lebanon, its you who let it go this way and letting politician controlling all the resources which should be a rite for all of you.
