Hi, in Lebanon the cameras/accessories business is like the phones business. The only difference is that the prices don't fluctuate on a daily basis. You can buy the camera/lenses etc.. from the dealerships or from unofficial dealers.

It is a bit hard to get a hold of the unofficial dealers but once you get to know them you will save alot of money.
Official dealers are, in my opinion, only good for the financing (to2seet), because the unofficial dealer will require the full price on purchase.

Unofficial dealers have facebook pages that you can contact them at or mobile. Regarding warranty, it depends; respectable unofficial dealers will usually have a replacement policy within the first few days.

Well, yes this is completely true.
But damn they are expensive after doing some research it was apparent that next step should include a prime lens and the 24-105 mm lens
primes are very cheap and good value for money. But if you want to go pro, the 24-105mm it is a fantastic choice. you have to keep in mind full frame sensors. I still have a cropped one so my next move should be the 6d trying to save money for it

I mean products that carry the "Canon" or the "Nikon" logo but they are manufactured in China by companies other than canon and nikon.

Bro, what I am saying is that Sigma and other brands are not fake.

but the ones labeled Nikon and Canon and made in china are fake.
