Is there a bug in mtc's website? If you go to Mobile Internet Consumption under My Mtc, you can find that the remaining consumption for a 3G service is 25 MB in my case.
Why is there still two consumption (3.9G and Mobile Internet) links?
Lolz
nevermind,got the service finally
Finally on 3G so far so good.
For some reason if you activate it the 1st te thy charge it double! (10->20, 19->38)
I got a data microsim this morning from mtc, after installing it ipad2 it says invalid pdp settings.
Any ideas???
Im loving Alfa 3g. Im getting speeds like this constantly (Verdun area)

redbyte remember that each speedtest spends up to 5 MB of data
hi,I did a speed test and I only get 1mbps..is this normal?
some info:
I live in Qraytem
subscribed to the first offer
mtc touch
yup, its capacity issues. you might wanna try it during off peak hours (Such as 3 am :P) to test the full speed
Pretty nice. Mtc has reduced the price of an extra mb of blackberry usage from 0.5 to 0.08$... Also I wanted to ask if anyone knows why my sim card which is now in my blackberry with the service activated working perfectly... But when I move the simcard to my iPhone the Internet won't work even after setting the VPN to "mtc"
because the internet you are subscribed to is for blackberry only. whenever you change your sim card to another place it has no service activated.

ayy mate
It goes reciprocally too, you can't get the normal 3G/100mb 10$ internet or any other package on your blackberry that is.
The only way you get mobile internet on your blackberry is through BBM.

No, that's not true. I activated the small package of 3G for the first time (mtc;prepaid) and 10$ was removed from my account (not 20$).
babum wroteredbyte remember that each speedtest spends up to 5 MB of data
Yep fully aware of that. I limit myself to a daily quota to keep tabs on my usage, but since ive been home sick for 2 days, I decided to spend a few extra mbs on speedtests :D
Got the service, its good ! Although im not very fond of the 500MBs...
if someone lives in tyr which is still not covered wtih 3g or any other area still not covered , and subscribes to it , what will happen , will he get edge ? instead till it becomes available or what , can someone please explain .

you will be connected to the 2G network, and yes you will get edge. the only difference is the speed
I'm also getting "your sim card does not allow a connection to this network" error when i try to choose WCDMA only network on my android phone. When i try to select GSM/WCDMA i get the Edge connection. I think mtc hasn't activated the 3G service on the majority of the sim cards yet. I guess we'll just have to wait for an indefinite time.
