  • Weirdly Named Programming Langauges and Compilers

So I came across a new, open-source PIC BASIC compiler today (new to me that is) called GCBASIC, and I went to check it out, and I find out that it's actual name is "Great Cow BASIC". Why on earth would someone name their compiler Great Cow?!

Which reminded me of another weirdly named programming language, Brainfuck. Ok, I get the point that Müller wanted to generate the smallest compiler ever, but couldn't he have dubbed it with another name?!

This leads to the question: What other weirdly named programming languages and compilers are out there?
hehe ye there's a lot of strange names, like:
