It's not in stores here for obvious reasons. We don't have sufficient internet bandwidth to use it. The Apple TV 2 is mostly about streaming things, as it barely has any internal storage. Your best bet is to jailbreak it and sell it to someone in the Arab world who has sufficient bandwidth.
it can be jailbreaked and it can also be used for for playing iOS games on the HD tv .. you can also set up boxee and you can stream videos from the iphone or ipad directly to your tv.
