i was checking the facebook group of stars communication and noticed that they are now mentioning a 1 year software only warranty,it's funny how they are covering only this while other companies usually exclude this from the list and void your warranty if you modified the software.
EDIT: it turned out they are not covering modifications to software (no jailbreak and root warranty !) and it only covers any software fault when you buy the device (like there is no android market)

Microage want to justify a difference of 300$ with Amhaz based on false propaganda that they sell traficated phones or defective.
From a very logical point can you see it normal that amhaz sell thousands of used HTC phones per months,open every single box and play with them,and in the end they get less defective units than the official dealer itself?
If they open every box and every device to swap parts like microage say it would take ages! amhaz sells to nearly 90% of mobile shops in Beirut,Metn and even Keserwan,they will NEVER have the time to open every single box.
If you got a 4GB card instead of 8gb it's because in some countries in Asia they get this size as normal.
For exemple Cowon J3 MP3 players in the US and Europe have a minimum of 8GB while in India they have a special 4GB one.
Just ask for a sealed box, the accessories are all sealed inside too.
The Sensation is my 5th mobile from Amhaz and I never got any problems, you don't need warranty with brands like HTC anyway ;)

It's not the best time to buy Android, in 1-2 months plenty of new devices will come (HTC Endeavor,Xperia S...).
When they will arrive the actual devices will be cheaper

I will stop buying from Amhaz. I got, for the third time, a bad quality camera.
And I approve what vegetaleb said. Sony also proclaimed that they will launch 12 or 13 new devices. Android too with low prices (some for 200$ !)
