  • [How To] Make a paypal account

It's 100% working and i have an account. Got it from like 6 months ago.
I don't think it is posted before on the forums, but i will tell you a way how to make a paypal account without opening a Bank account outside Lebanon.

Now first let me start what is needed to make that paypal account:
-You need a fake address, you can put any address, it's preferably India but still you can make a US account.
-You need Indian Socks5 if your making an Indian account or US Socks5 if your making a US account. Each time you need to open your account you need to put a proxy or you could purchase a VPN from a website.

- Well now this is the most important thing that you need and it's A VCC - Virtual Credit card. It's usually sold in Blackmarkets on the net for like 10-15$.
You just enter your VCC number it will work with any address and name, and then paypal will charge your VCC and in 5 min the guy selling those VCC will give you the code or the money charged.
So in 5 min you'll verifie your account.

Those VCC comes with 3-4$ only, so after verifying your account, you can change your credit card. So what i did is, i entered a Prepaid Mastercard from Fransabank and it worked fine.


The problem is:
-You can't ship to your address in Lebanon unless you have a drop in USA.
-You have to use a Proxy socks5 or VPN each time you log in to your account. For example your proxy is set to Illinois in America then if the proxy died you should always use a Proxy to Illinois.
-It's better to use the account for virtual items.

Thanks for the tutorial but it's still not a complete solution to our problem. Unless we can withdraw the money from PayPal it's not really useful to many of us. But I think those who are looking to buy online games or software using PayPal will benefit from this.

Well yes, i posted it just for the people interested in buying online games, filehosting accounts like Rapidshare or Hotfile for downloads, subscription....
Anyway there is a way to withdraw the money, but i didn't posted because i can't assure you it will work for a Lebanese 100%.

I tried entropay when I needed to put some cash into my paypal account, its a virtual credit card [I think I remember vaguely it being backed/owned by Mastercard so it didn't seem shady]

No idea if this will work to withdraw, it might but I just didn't need that at the time and didn't look into it.
Well there's another way i used to deposit in my paypal account.
I use Liqpay to deposit in my liqpay account ( sadly now the only accept mastercard worldwide ) then i exchange to Liberty reserve for 3% fee then from liberty reserve to Paypal ( no fees, sometime 2% ).

But Prepaid mastercard should work fine.

In Lebanon, they don't sell it.
I know some friends(Indian and Americans) on some Blackmarkets forums that sells it.
Shame It's banned from digitalpoint :) I'll see my friends if they have any.
