shant wroteerrr why? most people get fooled by the shared vga, they think they bought 2048mb of vga, but its only 512 dedicated
most computer stores in Lebanon post 512MB "dedicated" when it's a normal Intel HD graphics card that's shared and the total SHARED memory will give 512MB
and people in Lebanon are REALLY ignorant when it comes to graphics
most people compare the cards between memory and ONLY memory , even computer stores, the most sophisticated thing they ask is the type of memory
so they think that 2GB of DDR3 cards can run any game when clearly it's a card like a GTX 520 or 430
abougrej wroteI owned 3 HP Laptops and was never impressed with Battery life and heating.

My guarantee will expire next month, do you guys know if there's a tweak for the heating issue (DV6) so that i have them fix it?
actually your only choice is to get a good cooling pad and frequently clean you laptops fan by air , you can try gas stations
you can also try Arctic MX-4 thermal paste ,(you can have the warranty people change it for you but you should buy it separately and make them use it and return the access of the tube back to you
you can find the MX-4 at ROG https://www.facebook.com/pages/Republic-of-Gamers-Store/215692111791867
next time think twice or even three times before buying an HP again
For everyone who thinks that more graphic memory makes the laptop game better, be careful that laptop screen resolutions don't even use 512MB of graphic memory space. If you plug in a TV to the laptop, then the TV high resolution (1080i for example) will use such memory space. If you're not interested in connecting a high resolution TV to your laptop, then you should invest in a laptop with higher graphic processing power. Of course the more the graphic memory the better, but it is useless at certain standard resolutions.
thats what i said avo...
