I'm not obliged to buy a steering wheel to enjoy the gaming experience. The steering wheel is here if you want to enhance it yes, but not just to replace it.
But I'm 100% sure that the drifting has nothing to do with the steering wheel. It's just a whole, its just wrong.
I don't know if you ever played Forza before, but try playing it and you will definitely understand what I'm talking about.
IMO this way it adds more challenging value to the overall game, and gives you the motivation to play more and buy the rest of the cars, btw I don't really care about damage because I dont play simulations to destroy my car, if I wanted to crash my car in an unrealistic way I would have went with NFS or burnout,
I played Forza 3 at my friends 360 and to be honest sorry I wasn't really impressed by the arcade type and handling of the cars, the graphics are ok. but overall it just wasn't as good as even GT4, even the damage wasn't realistic at all., but as I said I don't really care about crashing my car in a simulation.
As for the cars, I don't understand what's your point of view.
You offer me 200 almost real looking cars, and 800 that looks like they have been taken off a PS2?
Not interested.
I'm not bashing the game, i'm just saying that after 6 years of waiting, that's what they are offering, I'm disappointed.
As for the photo mode, I've tried it, its pretty cool, but that isn't something new to the RS games.
Whoa, slow down dude I have nothing to do with the game, I honestly didn't help in the development.
and the standard cars look great really, almost as good as forza's whole cars.
Simply If you don't like it that much, You should have probably waited abit more to check some reviews and previews about GT before buying it, ofcourse the steering wheel is an option afterall, but it feels great when you try a car you'll probably never own through a steering wheel, as for me I'm enjoying it and think its the best racing simulator ever.
