geekevo wroteWhy should the woman give up her career and not her husband?
A woman works just as hard to get a degree and position so just because she wants to get married and have a family, she has to give up what she worked her entire life for?
That's actually the root of the problem you see, its your choice whoever you wanna marry in the end, you can take the blue pill and try your best to help your wife to live like a princess. Humans are not programmed to do many things and not everyone is capable of doing so.

Let me correct it for you, man/fathers are capable of doing everything that woman is capable of doing excluding of one thing giving birth a child. Geez i wonder why.

You guys are all heart.

Also, I didn't read what was going on in the last few posts, but I don't think formal gender roles should exist. A man/woman should be able to do whatever they want and not be expected of doing anything that "fits" with what a "woman" or "man" should be. Nonetheless, I do believe the sexes are different and advantaged/disadvantaged in different ways. The sexes are definitely not equal.
girls are gross

I found all the PUA stuff to be gay, it's all just common sense. Unless you fall for it, where it means.. you can't be yourself around an attractive woman which makes you beta. And you end up being dumped. A man is expected to be a man, and being a man varies quite widely.

For equality, it's true, only difference between a woman and a man is genitals, have they had the physical attributes of a man. She would just be a "man". Maybe theirs some "kindness" bonus for woman. Just to equate for their physical weakness.

Relationships is a complete different story, it's all based on "shared benefits".

I've been in the pick up artist community since 2008 and I'm pretty sure there's no equation to get a girl and it's definitely not gay stuff.

PUA is the old con-artist snake oil info-based industry that's been refurbished by internet marketers to seek in some $ out of insecure faggots.

Seeking the term "How to be PUA" to know how to be a "man" then it completely defies my manhood.
Tell a girl, you look at stuff to get clues on how to be a man around her, enjoy the results.

Now, I'm not saying, anyone who've read for a while on that stuff isn't to be considered a man, it could be curiosity. Although to be driven by the sheer "gayish" that surround the concept, is pure "gay". In my opinion.
My problem with the PUA stuff is that it brought down my confidence.
Many of that stuff starts with a "lesson" about how you will not "get anything" if you don't follow these rules, how people are failing, and how the PUAs are super-uber better than you and you can never do what they do (unless you read and apply the book).
So basically the first thing it does is try to reset your confidence to a low level - whether knowingly or not. I could even speculate that this is done on purpose to make the reader dependent on their tricks.
Speculation aside, I believe that reading these things put a dent in my confidence when I needed it most. I needed someone to tell me that I can do it, etc. Not that I can never do it unless I follow their stupid rules, which I never will - and never will be able to even if I wanted it. It's not who I am.
Confidence is important - it helps a lot in these things, and in dealing with people in general.
By the way it's not the only situation where I found such a pattern - namely someone trying to take away my confidence so that they can sell it back to me later.
Sadly what you're saying is true, nowadays that's what the PUA community is : business and competition.
When I first started it was a good place to learn a lot of stuff like NLP, Body language, small talk and other cool stuff.
we even used to watch a whole seminar and then share our opinions, it wasn't always about running "stuff" on girls, it was a "Self Help" group rather than boys running around trying stuff.

For the confidence part, the PUA helped me with my confidence. I used to say 2-3 lines to a girl and get a positive response so i feel good and meet more girls thru the night. Then i forgot about all the lines and started being myself. For me it worked, maybe it's not for everyone.

Sounds good. Being yourself is an important trick :) if you can never be yourself then eventually you might run out of lines, fail to enjoy yourself, fail to grow much as a person. That's just my opinion, anyway.

True that. For those who say girls aren't looking for money; don't kid yourself. Girls (in Lebanon) are looking for money (including power and position) prior to looks, education, and personality.

Go marry an indian girl, they'll pay you there and give you gifts.

I'd never marry a Lebanese.

Or an Asian!
Its perfect, they're my type of girls, love their looks, and yea, they're better than lebanese girls.

That is as equally irrational as saying everyone on this forum likes to code in Java.
Lebanese girls will make you pay +200$ for a dinner or clubbing for several times before she accepts a kiss (and if you are heavily lucky more than a kiss), an Ukrainian, Russian...girl will take the same amount but you are sure to have her in your bed ;)
90% of Lebanese girls want to marry after they reach 22 years old, you won't be able to hang out with her for fun but she will begin to bug you with family stuff, most of these girls who marry to marry without being sure about the right person will divorce 1 to 5 years later.
What a pathetic society we have :(
I really don't understand what you guys are talking about. Either you aren't playing the game correctly or you simply and coincidentally have bad luck. I'm not going to make any general statements about Lebanese girls, but I know my fair share of them that are DTF and nothing like what you all assert.

Besides, every decent person, whether male or female, whether Lebanese or French, doesn't want to come off as promiscuous. It's not yet socially acceptable. So it follows that a potential partner isn't going to advertise his or her sexual availability. Then in the case of Lebanese girls (or any other girls), just because they may act a certain way does not meant they think that way.

Also, I'm not white-knighting. I'm just trying to be rational about the whole deal.
@tt400 I know you have a Ferrari ;)
Bottom line is I don't think there is any good dating site, nor an easy straightforward way to "get" a woman. It's probably not the kind of relation you want anyway - if there is such a thing anyway.
So let us know if you find one.
