Laptop Batteries

So as far as I can tell my laptop battery is dead. When plugged in it does not charge, and if I unplug the AC power, the laptop just turns off.

That can't be good. :)

I want to get a replacement battery but I don't know where in Lebanon I can buy quality parts.
Who are the major retailers for computer hardware in Lebanon
and is it hard to find a proper replacement battery?

For what it's worth this is the battery model, it's for a Toshiba Satellite A300.

I think i have ones.

I actually bought an extra battery for my laptop cuz the 2 hours were not enough and in some situations i couldn't get access to electricity.

After less than 2-3 weeks i switched to a mac - I will see if i still have it around - i can give you the extra not used battery at half the price

mir, I just want to say that same as here with me also. As I also have 2 extra batteries because I have to work lot and I always using my laptop even for office work also. So I have to keep that one.

i need a battery for my dell latitude 6400, and so far no local stores can provide a replacement :s i live in tripoly, and.i was.wondering if anyone knows.from to get it in here, and if.not where in lebanon in general.
