gamer4life wroteI contacted them before and they told me that the speed is better then the dsl so it's good for gaming and when i asked him about the ping he told me that he doesn't know and I need to try it to know. I have the mobi and dsl, but my purpose is to sell the mobi because although it has acceptable ping and very high speed all day but suddenly it stops for 1-2 sec then goes up to 1mb speed, which is very bad for gaming, so does the ifly provide a better service or is it just the same? and remember that the ifly has many antennas, and it's 4g.
Dude stop wasting your time, the people you talked to in IDM are sales representatives, do you know what the word sales representative means ? it means that his job is to sell, sell and Sell .... they have some kind of marketing degree and their job is to sell as much as they can, no wonder this idiot told you that the speed is better, and he doesn't know about the Ping because he doesn't know what the word ping means, If I were you I wont count on what he told me.
As I told you if you are switching from DSL yo Ifly you are only changing the way you are connecting to your ISP, their bandwidth is the same their peak times are the same ....
Do you want to check the connectivity between you and your ISP ?

I am with IDM and in my case I get an average of 30-40 ms delay between me (Beirut) and IDM (Beirut - Jisr el Bacha).
In your case you should get something almost similar, slightly lower or slightly higher, the lag is caused by our ISPs backbones and it is not a local lag. (PS: some Central offices have a local lag but they are few).
