Though that doesn't mean you can't get a job, nor does it not mean that you can't work as a developer, though if you're a game developer you can't work as a "game" developer for X amount of time.
Very True! i assumed you're talking about a job in same industry...it didn't make sense to me discussing the "can't get a job" in general, so i assumed the intention was about getting a job in the same domain (or same industry).
so yeah, now that makes the 2 of us that haven't heard of such contracts!
