I was not able to read nuclearcat's message before it was deleted and hence cannot judge whether it was a wrong decision to delete it or not. Regardless of that, I trust Joe's opinion when it comes to moderation. He sent a message to Denys to explain his decision and suggested talking about it.

All what Rahmu deleted were useless posts which were infringing the forum etiquette (apart from
nuclearcat's reply, which I can't really judge having not read it). Blindly accusing him of abusing his powers is just uncalled for, specifically when he applied them within the forum etiquette.
My guess there's not too much going on here to do as a moderator so you abuse your privilege and start erasing posts and threatening randomly to lock and what not just for the sake of being a Mod huh.../??
Not much to do here as a moderator? Why do you think I assigned a moderator to begin with?
His warnings (rather than threats) were not random at all. You might want to review the part of the etiquette about respecting the staff before blatantly blaming a moderator of abusing his powers.
