But what should all of you know is that my ping isn't low all week, on weekends it's always low other days it's only low from 9p.m till morning.But as I said before I have a friend who is terranet and we began having low pings at the same time, but he always gets low ping all the week, so he called terranet and they told him that they installed new cables, I still don't know if they are fiber optics.
interesting, your ping to Europe is low but to India you're taking some longer road than theoretical IMEWE cable. Perhaps you're now on fiber (some other international sea cable to Europe) but not yet on IMEWE.
Do they have a server in India for pingtest.net? If they do can you please test it? (we can't really rely on some arbitrary website)
