Ive been finding and editing info on the page of the great lebanese engineer and inventor Hassan Kamel Al-Sabbah, as the page was only 3 sentences long with very little info.

So this is a call to all lebgeeks users interested in helping and restoring the page

okay if i can't find a source for this i will remove it.. but his version of the page is not referenced and he keeps on reverting back to his page.

If lebgeeks users have more info on Al-sabbah please post it, it would do good for the page.

You need to work on your critical thinking skills, Aj_Blaz not everything your friends/parents/[citation needed] tell you are true; check your history as well.
The state of Israel was not recognized before 1948 while Hassan Kamel Al-Sabbah died in 1935.

as i said that's all i know about this guy and these info i didn't invent them , my teacher as i remember in my school said them ....
he was murdered in a car crash in his country after arriving to his country before this scene he was somewhere in europe i don't know exactly but last thing he did mention while arriving to lebanon he said i was offered to work there and he didn't accept as he was believed that he could share he's invention here in lebanon that's all i know and i don't if its true anyway ;)

i like the initiative , good job flakk ! , there is no one actually changing these , but they need to be supported by references like nuc said . any reference will do . you can refer them to people for example ;) fake names etc ...

Then why share it as if it were true? You're probably better off writing "Rumor has it (…)" followed by an inaccurate statement.

hey flakk i know what is happening to you few months ago i searched wikipedia for hassan kamel al sabbah all what i got is few lines with now real data for his inventions so i edited the data by adding what he had invented and how did the US (CIA) with general electric assicinated him by stopping his car breaks i am sure of my resources because my relative is from his family and he always tell me that he was comming to the airport with his car to travel to lebanon but the car brakes stoped functioning and a friend of him told his family that he killed himself by chossing the return to lebanon another fact (i watched a video about many scientests killed by the US before 2000 just for spreading technology to other parts of the world)
actually he invented analog tv transmition and the cathode tube(actualy first tv was made by general electric which he worked in after his death so imagine that a lebanese invented TV) and you can easily find a refernce on any US patent site but dont use the name hassan camel use Cammil or something like that he used that name for sighning those patents i actually saved them so i may mail them to you i you want any way

I dont think anyone will put anything in the future, especially about his death.
I have heard many similar stories to abbabbj story on how Al-sabbah died, some say it was a Jewish mafia based in New York that killed him and some say it was the CIA and so on. No one is really sure.

you dont know who is gonna do it Wikipedia has millions of editors so maybe THEY will edit it..........

so why call them rumors if my teacher said .... , what i was referring is that i don't know if my teacher has correct statements ( i remember i don't believe history books ... my school is notre dame in mousaytbeh , earlier it was in mathaf ..)
