@teodorgeorgiev, VISP provides free dial up access? I didn't know that there was some company that provides free Dial Up Internet in Lebanon, Dial Up can be useful in some cases especially in remote areas where you only have access to a phone line.

But as you see MPT has achieved some success in their efforts - you do not know about it when this service runs for more than 3 years. Otherwise, if you and other people knew, who would fill the pockets of S.Hariri and F.Siniora and a lot of makakas jumping around them.

And well, I dont know what century these people live in. This is the ministry of telecommunications, and they have probably the crappiest website that i have seen for years. They may even win the worldwide award for the crappiest governmental website that is online. Hey we should do this award, sounds like a good idea.
