Hello mates,
I am still in Cable connection and willing to move to the dsl connection service.
Which of these 3 companies is the best in offering the service and the support?
Terranet,
IDM,
or Cyberia ?

And what about the unlimited bandwidth during the night, is it reliable ?
Thank you.
Thanks teo^^

As for you Locha, all are the same. I'm going with IDM coz my neighbor got it few month back and its working like a charm.
A friend of mine has terra, also working good. As for cyberia I have no clue.

For the unlimited bandwidth, it is reliable, but not the speed :)
i heard Israeli wisp are very good which one do you you guys suggest ?

(just kidding)

Hey Crazy What is the Area of your Neighbor (Where in Beirut?) and for the unlimited night traffic the speed is not good? and can we use torrent (peer2peer stuff) at night, or they Block it or limit it Like WISE do ?

Please be precise :D, i am getting ADSL too, but for home use, i had a bad experience with the Office Wise ADSL (no Unlimited night traffic for the office post). :)
Hmm, I live out of Beirut, my centrale is Dbayeh. And internet change from centrale to other (at least that is what I experienced with friends).

For the unlimited traffic, it is unlimited, but do not count much on the double speed.. all people wait the night to begin their endless downloads of nonsense (most of the time :) )

Peer to peer, I have no idea, but I guess like all ISPs out there, they cap your p2p traffic (capping means reducing speed) when they can read the packets, sometimes the p2p traffic is encrypted (you can do it manually also I think).
Idm and the speed overnight doubles from 30k/sec to 60k/sec for your downloads.

Youtube streaming remains the same, no idea why.

P2P works fine, depending on the quality of the torrent, you can reach 60k/sec at night.

Thanks Xterm & Bilal for the Traces Results...

One more question Xterm, Does Ogero have Unlimited Night traffic  (or Double Night Speed :/ )(although they dont advertise like wise), How is Torrent speed/reliability, peer2peer stuff doing with Ogero? Where is Your Tel Post inside Beirut, Mine is Ras Beirut, and i heard that not all Posts are Equals! ;)

Regards

No, Ogero does not have any of these. And they take 50,000LL instead of 26$ for the same speed 256k.

And, I dont know what happened, BitTorrent no longer works here (IDM).
@ Julien Saadeh
This Sucks, U mean any torrent File with any Client Utorrent or Bitorrent or Other clients, IS NOW, Not working at IDM, Specialy at Unlimited Night times?

Anyone Knows anything About Sodetel Unlimited 256Kbps ADSL? FairUse Policy thing = ??GB/month???

Now I am Lost  between IDM (450ms Latency, and Now Not working Torrent ) and Wise (their Unlimited Night Starts at 5AM till 8AM with 40MBs/Days Riped from Quotas ) or Sodetel Unlimited 256Kbps!!!(God Know theirs Issues...)

Well, I did not like Sodetel for this offer. Because Fair Usage policy means that if you download *too much*
your speed will be reduced to the half. And who knows what *too much* means. Could be a 3 or 4GB limit which is a LIE.

Get IDM, it is the best for real. Could be something wrong with my PCs or BitTorrent program. I will try using uTorrent instead.
