I was looking in Google for some websites that can withdraw or buy for me from websites that only support PayPal. I found this post.

But the website in it doesn't withdraw now anymore

"Due to legal reasons as well as high security measures taken by Paypal, we can not set up individual Paypal accounts, or receive money on your behalf, however we can make Paypal purchases."

So guys do you know any other website that can withdraw or buy for me from PayPal? I have some money in a website that supports only PayPal and wanna withdraw them so if you know any website in Lebanon or aboard that can do such services. or if there is any other way to withdraw from PayPal

Why would you pay for that service without any guarantee that your account won't get limited keeping in mind how that they may have used VPNs, and keeping in mind that many IP addresses will be logged with that account. 4 years ago I created my US Paypal account, I verified it and until now I faced 0 problems.
