proners wroteyeah, something like that... you need to have a working smtp server... if you do, php mail() will work... sometimes you will have to fiddle with php.ini to make it work(well mostly on windows)
It's free hosting so I don't have access to php.ini

Edit:. They said they can enable php mail() for me if I pay a one time fee of 10$ but they only accept paypal. they won't take credit card payments.
