So, Nuclearcat, you are saying that, if latency is bad and all video streaming are either blocked or gravely slow, I should contact my reseller and give him a piece of my mind?
Not exactly as you say, but you not far from true.
NuclearCat only said, that username - its a proof, that this user is our direct customer. If this user is direct customer, but he no have any idea about his login - that mean his reseller is cheating/sharing his connection between few users (so that mean, for sure, he will got bad connection), if he have login, but this login from ISP who just buying bandwidth from us - that mean, this ISP buy bandwidth and most probably its bandwidth full (usually this is true) , we cant do anything with that. If he is our direct customer - he should have his username. that's it. and nothing also.
