Why do you persist in subscribing to a service and/or with a certain ISP when there are so many problems that are never getting solved ?
Surely there is another solution in your area, even if it's a bit more expensive.
Look at it this way: You might be paying less for VISP but clearly you are unable to use the service you are paying for... for days in a row.
Don't adhere to the saying "B2ello tayss bi 2elle 7lebo". Switch ISPs and/or find another solution and enjoy your internet experience.
