I seem to be with VISP. It was connected by the "Tv" guy who set up the router with a wire coming down off my balcony (sexy eh)
Its just painfully slow down to a crawl right now.
Is it better to go to the company direct, and if so do i need a phone line to do it here?

Otherwise, even it is mentioning VISP IP - it can be just someone of VISP customers "reselling" connection.
