Since the 3rd of this month. There was a big outage for a few hours. I called them and they said it needed time to fix. It worked again that evening but with random one-minute outages.
They start at 4PM and stop around 11PM,

it is now stopping for 60 seconds every three minutes.
I really think this is some malfunctioning router somewhere at VISP.

Over the phone yesterday which really didn't do much good. The person who replied thought I meant for "one minute a day" instead of "for one minute at a time". So I just gave up. Today was especially bad.

Connection is great today. I hope they fixed it and this is not just an accident! :D

Edit: Ok, I guess I spoke too soon. It was still stopping but only for a few seconds at a time instead of a whole minute.

Problem is back. internet stops every other minute.
Traceroutes time out at 1.0.0.0

For one thing, their office building is 5 minutes from my house :D

Still issue not resolved completely, i am seeing minor packetloss, working on it, so it is possible to have disconnects when i restart module.

My ping won't go below 3000 in game but ICMP ping to game server is 165ms only.

It has been bad ping since 11AM.

I have always had choppy live streaming experience with visp throughout my life. Will it ever be half as decent as dsl? I have 4mbit connection with real IP and a stable ping but live streaming is always bad(by bad i mean slideshow at best)every hour of the day? Is there a solution to that? thanks.

My connection is completely down. traceroute times out at 1.0.0.0
