Nope. no satellite links. ping is 70 to 110ms at the worst. 60s during off hours.
Something must be malfunctioning in their routers are the very least.
Actually during bad thunderstorms, the connection is better since the load decreases.
VISP doesn't use satellite. They are completely legal now.
Edit: Again, my ping is really good. mostly stable at 70s. The internet just stops every other minute.
The next step in the traceroute is the router with the ip 1.0.0.0 so I am guessing that router is having problems.
