Anyone knows how to properly contact VISP? they don't reply to
support@visp.net.lb
if I open a support ticket, they auto close it in 48 hours without bothering to reply.
They don't answer evening before noon on weekdays if I call them.
If I go to their office, they say they are busy and ask me to leave.
I don't have a reseller so I pay at SGBL bank..
I am being throttled to death at 2PM for the last two days.
An internet cafe next to me also has a VISP connection but it runs like a dream there.
