That's before noon, almost on a daily basis. But in the afternoon, it shoots up to +1000ms. All we ask for is a bit of consistency.

my http download speed is capped at 128kbit on a 256k account and my FUP quota is ~30% only ..

4pm-2am everyday , ping above 1000ms and everything unusable , reaches a point even facebook chat won't deliver or receive .. Is this going to take long ? 4th day like this already.

it's actually 4 am and that's the time I remember to test my ping, after I finish playing online
that's at 12am

i'll post 2mrw an earlier test
but it's basically steady all day except for some sudden peaks in peak time

I have VISP and the connection must be one of the slowest in the globe.
I'll soon change to something better like IDM or Cyberia.
