I need some help, I've been told that we have a free quote from 3AM till 9AM, and for so I'm grateful. But, each time I start a torrent at that time the download speed rarely exceeds 20 kbps even if well seeded, while speedtest shows a speed averaging 2.5Mbps. So is there a way I can use ports that aren't blocked, or what do you guys advise me to do?
Oh, and a quick scan for ports from a few sites shows me that all ports are closed, even the ones for PS3 online play...:'(...HEEEELLLLLPPPP.

well, my internet speed is 2 mb/s at least this is the result shown by the speed test
But I always get 30 kb/s on the torrents max. Although i used to get 50 kb/s and sometimes much higer with burst and at the free quota periods.

Finally! I've read dozen times we don't limit torrents, we don't block torrents and a bunch of other similar answer, wasn't it easier to just say that the torrent speed is indeed blocked to a 256 kbps speed?

babum all answers was correct. we not block and we not limit torrents. where we are disappointing? Now we just say more exact . But it was answered long time ago on FB. we have official Group there so no any secrets. agreed?

Totally agreed and in no point I said disappointed. I am a customer of VISP and If I wasn't happy with it I would just go and change provider. I think you are doing a good job, or at least provide a better plan than others.And nope there are no secrets, though to be honest that group is a bit to aggressive.
But instead of replying one time that the speed is limited to a 256 kbps, and a thousand times that you do not block the speed, you could have used the same answer and said hey we do not block it, but we do limit it to a certain speed because of *insert reason*.

babum, im agreed with you in all cases, but you should understand that some information cannot be said without permissions. any way this is done for improve connection, rather than limit something. hope all understand this.

be patient, we working on issues to improve connection in both sides. so most probably in next month will more improvement, i hope. Actually, can you compare latency during day time and night time to 2.2.2.10 and send me result. thanks.
