why dont you connect the cable to your router, configure everything, then call the support line and tell them to reset your mac address. That way you can connect through your router instead. That is what I did at least

But it was working before when i clone my MAC ADDRESS, now suddenly it stops.

I have another router i will try it before calling them.

bro you are paying a monthly fee which also includes a hotline. Why not use it? its only 1 minute.

Now I'm confused, i talked to a nice person and he tried to help me a lot, then he swear that there is no problem from their side because i can connect directly from my PC. But is confusing me that i have two different Linksys router model in my home and none of them work.

1st : LINKSYS WRT54G2 --> this router is amazing
2nd : Linksys WRT54GC Wireless-G Router

Does anyone have some idea ?

Guys ..... i still have the problem , i cannot configure the two routers, none of them works. It was working before. Does anyone with broadband account have a problem with Linksys router after 1 MARCH ?

Because i got this problem right after VISP changed the customer control panel. Maybe they did some system modification, i don't know. But WHY my two routers stopped together to connect through PPPOE ?

The VISP guy advice me to get another router. I didn't like this, because i have two routers with the latest firmware , it is waste of money if i buy a third one because i don't think that the problem is from my router.

Nuclearecat can i get the MAC ADDRESS registered on your system for my account ? i need it just to be sure that is the same as the one putted in my router clone mac address field.

Connection has been incredibly bad this weekend. The new VISP customer panel takes 10 minutes to log in. And 80% of sites won't open at all.

Guys again i have a question, does anyone with broadband account is using one of these router , because until today these two routers are not working with VISP PPPoE settings from 1st of MARCH and i'm stuck without wireless in my home for the fifth day :(

but how come the download speed on the torrents is still aboyt 25 kb/s

The guys at VISP never heard of "If it ain't broken, don't fix it".
It's weird that when I had a good connection, all other Facebook VISP users were complaining of bad connection.
But when they said they "fixed it", my connection went bust, while other VISP clients were singing like Nightingales about the awesome connection.
And so ends our tale where one naughty customer (me), was sacrificed for the well being of other customers.

PS: bring back the old customer panel, my connection is so awesome it can't open the new UI.

Most probably after bandwidth upgrade link to you or reseller are not handling anymore load.
Responsible parties should fix it.

Is there some problem with the pings that occured yesterday ? Couldn't play online at all yesterday.
