I think he ment somehow higher quota for less speed so he can pay less ... well 4mbps with 25GB let's say with 50$ a month , 1mbps for 25GB will cost like 35$ maybe ? I think that's his point..

and maybe by keeping speed lower with higher quota the perceived benefit of the connection is higher. I mean you get more quote to spend in a slower way. Personally Im in for high speeds and high quotas :D

If http is still over satellite, why is it dead slow starting early evening? less capacity than before?

this is exactly what i meant

different caps for low speeds so that all users can be satisfied.

for example:
1 Mbps / 5 GB = 19$
1 Mbps / 10 GB = 25$
1 Mbps / 20 GB = 33$

I don't want to be forced to go for higher speeds and pay 45$ or more if i want a 20GB quota. So give me this quota for the lowest speed and I will be super happy. Is this possible?

None of the ISPS has done it so far... Why don' VISP attract us (potential new subscribers) with such offers?

It is a matter of cost and profits , as you know VISP is a firm that looks for profit in the end , so i think VISP will make their studies according to these packages and see if it's economically feasable for them or not.

This is insane. Browsing is dead.
My connection is capped at 2 kilobytes per second.
Yes..2 kilobytes per second. that's less than 32kilobit dial up connections..
I've been trying to download the same 8Megabyte update file for the last hour and it keeps disconnecting.
it starts at 2 kilobytes per second and then drops to than 300 bytes per second for a minute then disconnects.
Less than 800kilobytes in one hour.
Don't advertise 256kbit if you're giving customers 16kbit.

hussam, wireless people got report, they will check it
as i see, as soon as there is data transfer your wireless are disconnecting, there is nothing i can do from my side
