Yesterday, Mr.Robert Saab sent me a message saying that my reseller (Joseph Abou Assi) already received his upgrade and that his infrastructure can handle it.
Unfortunately, I didn't notice any change. So I called my reseller, and the girl on the phone didn't seem to understand what I meant, she finally told me to wait till next month.
So please, anyone on the VISP staff, can you make sure that I am not forgotten?

As soon as i finish with backbone, i will return to handling customer complaints.
Since we will face soon major changes in company, i hope i can assign special person to monitor media and answer customer complaints in facebook/forums/etc.

I got 89ms on pingtest.net but 346ms on speedtest.net , what does that mean ?

I am getting Ping results less than 150ms on Pingtest. I thank the VISP staff for their efforts and hope the results will be stable.
