Help! Contacts Sync-ing (Symbian to Ms.Outlook)

Arrrrgh. I have 500+ contacts that i need to sync with Ms. Outlook from a Symbian 60 Phone (Nokia 3230 - yeah the phone sux i know ). Anyhow, the sync is happening, but the problem is that not all the numbers that appear under one contact on my symbian appear on under the contact in Outlook. (i have more than one nbr under one contact, only some of them are seen in the Outlook format) All the standard "Telephone" labeled numbers under symbian do not even bother to appear in Outlook.
Anyone tried to solve this, or is there some cool software that stores my contact with intact numbers on PC. Lemme know

also, try choosing different keywords and/or using " + " and " - " and value keywords over the others.

Can't you download the contacts as vcards through the nokia software?

Yeah mahdoum but they contain half the info (unless you open them in a text editor like notepad, u see some code and then the numbers. I kindda need some more flexible solution)
