How does http tunneling exactly work , do u like subscribe to a server and direct it to do your desired work (kazaa and torrents..etc) and then u like "download" them from the server itself ?

yeah basically what your ISP sees is that you are downloading files from the http-tunnel server. It's as if you open a webpage and download a file from it.
But what really happens is that you are downloading the data that the http-tunnel has fetched on your behalf, be it kazaa, bittorrent or anything else.
