nuclearcat is it normal for it to show as THGV? when doing a speedtest on speedtest.net and testmy.net

I used to take internet from them (vdsl). They generally had the best service. Unlimited youtube and netflix and social media. and unlimited night. They also allow you to get a static unlike other service providers like IDM. But my concern is that they got hella hacked by you know who and all their client information got leaked.

@nuclearcat Hello! Hope you’re doing well. Quick question, do you know what the FUP is for myisp? Is it daily or monthly, and how much can you use before they throttle you? Also, once you hit the daily limit, the real speed drops to 1 Mbps but cached stuff stays fast. Do you know how much you can use on cached speed before that also gets slowed down? Thanks in advance!

Hello, anyone of you guys taking from global vision but myisp service name? Im taking from a reseller who's giving me 6 up to 12 Mbit speed 18gb quota per day. I check my consumption thru user.myisp.live. From 3 or 4 weeks. i used to have stable 26 Mbit real speed even on peaktime. After that time im having on peaktime from 7 pm till 1:30 or 2 am maximum speed of 3 mega. it used to happen before but for like maximum 5 days and it gets back to normal 26 Mbit stable real speed. But this time it's happening since 4 weeks. Anyone can confirm this please? Thank you.

Space Hello, are you still with them through a reseller? Are you having bad speeds on peaktime since 3 or 4 weeks? I used to get 26 Mbit stable real speed before that time. Even on peaktime. But since then till now. Im having on peaktime max 3 Mbit download speed, real one. dont know why. asked my reseller. he told me. fi daghet 3al sherak kella blebnen. dont know if it's true or what's happening, waiting for your reply. Thank you. Btw he's giving me from MYISP too.

Moudimadi Hey! Yes, I’m still with them. It’s actually true, they get a lot of congestion after 5-7 PM for me, and the speeds become really bad. There’s not much you can do about it right now. I guess we just have to stay patient and hope they fix it soon. Yesterday I was downloading visual studio 2019 for something and the real speed was barely 2Mbps, even though I only used 7gb out of 25gb of the daily limit, on the other hand anything cached still maintains a good speed, steam, epic, netflix, etc...
